Samsung announces Good Lock 2023 with new features for One UI 5 devices
Samsung hinted at the addition of the new Camera app to the Good Lock family in the SDC22. But no need to wait any longer for exciting new features as the company has finally announced the schedule and features of Samsung Good Lock 2023.

According to the information, the Good Lock release schedule is pushed back a little bit every year that why it is a bit early to call it Good Lock 2023, so the company is going to announce the One UI version and the new Good Lock together.
The new features of GoodLock are expected to release around October 24 or October 25 along with the long-awaited One UI 5 stable update. However, Samsung is currently testing the new features to provide a stable version bug-free.
Obviously, the stable One UI 5.0 and Good Lock’s new version will surely bring a bunch of new features and improvements to provide a next-level experience. You can take a look at some new features and improvements.
New Features:
- A feature that allows you to easily create your own Meme in the Keys Cafe.
- A feature to control detailed camera settings will be released.
- The ability to freely adjust the setting menu is being prepared.
- An easy and fun way to share links in a good lock’s own way.
- A way to easily exchange well-decorated Good Lock results and settings.
Improvements:
- Quick Star – Top bar stopwatch function, status bar date function
- Nav Star – Taskbar button icon change and gesture hint color/length adjustment
- Home Up – Shared app management > QuickShare device display setting added
- ClockFace – Tablet Enlarged
- Good Lock – Added the ability to move in order by tab, modified to allow the use of existing functions except for terraces under 14 years old.
Following the recent update to the Samsung Theme Park Good Lock module, several Galaxy users have encountered an issue where icons for key applications like the clock, calendar, and settings disappear. This problem has left users disappointed, especially since they were hoping for improvements with the new update.
Previously, there was a different problem where icons did not display correctly. The hope was that this would improve with the new update. Unfortunately, the situation has worsened as it is causing inconvenience for those using the app.
A community moderator has responded to user issues that the company is aware of the app icons visibility issue, and is planning to fix it in future updates of the Samsung Theme Park app.
However, the moderator also stated that to solve the problem of the app icon background color, which is different from the previous version, the app’s software would need to be updated. This means that users will have to wait longer for this particular fix.
The community moderator has not shared any timeline for this update, Samsung will release the new Theme Park update soon.
“The issue where the live icon is not visible when applying a theme created by a theme park will be corrected by the team in charge and will be improved through updates to the theme park app.
However, please note that the phenomenon in which the app icon background color in the previous apk method is different from the current app icon color requires a S/W app update, so it is expected that it will take time to improve,” said the community moderator.
