For a better idea of changes and enhancements, we covered a quick video of the One UI 5.0 System Settings. The video showcases all the main Settings options that arrive on the initial page of the system Settings function. You can check the video below.

Let’s explore:

Firstly, the Settings function’s icon itself got a new look and gradient feel with the One UI 5.0 Beta update, check here. After tapping the icon, the Settings function opens showing a header part in around 40% of the full screen, letting users access even the top toggle with just one hand.

In the header part, there’s a Search button so you can directly find out your preferred app or function’s settings. After that, all the settings options are divided into groups as per their usability such as network, sounds, display, privacy, account, accessibility, and so on.

First comes the account tab that features the Account info mentioning the phone owner’s name, as per the Samsung Account and image in a circular section. In the second section, there are two options namely Connections and Connected devices (new added) so you can adjust the network and other sharing options.
