Spotify is a digital music, podcast, and video service that provides access to millions of songs to its users. The application has been developed a lot throughout the years. And, now the makers are bringing another interesting feature for the customers.
You may have known that the application has a Friend Activity feature for its desktop users that lets users see what others are listening to. However, it has limited users’ access to mobile devices. Meanwhile, in a comment, Spotify has confirmed that this feature is under development for more users.
According to the new information, Spotify is working on a new feature called Community that will allow mobile users to see what their friends are listening to in real-time. The Spotify community will also let you see what playlists they’ve recently updated in a dedicated place in the app.
Going by a user’s report who first spotted the feature, in this Community, customers will see a horizontal row of playlist updates at the top of the page, then a vertically scrollable list of friends and what they’re listening to now. There are also timestamps to see when the listening took place.
It should be noted that Spotify Community is yet to be released to all users. However, there is a trick to using it on iOS. If you are an iOS user, you can type “spotify:community” in the Safari browser on your iPhone. But this isn’t fully functional at the moment.

The feature is now available widely for WhatsApp users, however, we recommend you should have the latest version installed from Google Play. Now, you can check the simple guide to using this feature.
As always, open up the WhatsApp group or individual chat where you sent the message(s). Once done, tap and hold the message or group of messages sent by you to get access to the additional functions.
After keeping the message(s) pressed, hit the “Delete” icon that you can see like a dustbin on the header of the application. Make sure to press “Delete for everyone” to remove it from both sides.
