Location-based quick settings
Google Lock’s location-based quick settings give you access to replace a double press or long-press on one of the phone’s physical keys, depending on a few factors. The module uses location as an example but you can also edit this to use any existing triggers.
Run a touch macro
On selecting the app for which you want to record the macro, it will open the app and show a floating record button on the side of the screen. To do this:
- Tap Record and then perform the actions you want to save.
- Stop the recording and save it.
- Choose what the trigger should be.
Control arrow with S Pen
Of course, this feature will only work with S -pen compatible Samsung phones including Galaxy Note 20, Z Fold 3, S21 Ultra, and S22 Ultra. It lets you assign different Air Actions to perform certain tasks.
The module suggests you assign arrow key actions to gestures to scroll through web pages and move back and forth.
Fingerprint to website
Although the name of the feature suggests you can do this to open a website, but it can be assigned to anything. Here you can choose the actions to take place, such as opening any app or anything else, depending on which finger you use to unlock your phone.
Low battery announcement
Quite a useful feature! When enabled, it will let your phone read out a phrase when your phone reaches a certain battery percentage. You can customize the words spoken as well as adjust reading speed.
There’s also an option to share your creations with others through QR Code. When scanned, it will recreate the chosen routine on their device too. However, if you don’t have QR Code, you can export your routines as files to be saved via the cloud or your messaging app.
