Samsung has begun rolling out the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update for Galaxy M31s smartphone owners in India. The update comes with multiple new features as well as improvements and customization options to provide you with more control over your device.
However, it only installs the March 2022 Android security patch while many Galaxy owners have already got access to the May patch. You can identify it through the One UI build version M317FXXU3DVD4 which comes in a package size of 1.97GB.
If you live in India and haven’t yet received the Samsung Galaxy M31s Android 12 update notification, you can check and download it through the Settings of your smartphone. From here enter the Software update section and then tao Download and install. Now follow the on-screen instructions to get access to the latest changes.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 gets July 2022 security update
Samsung is now rapidly expanding the July 2022 security patch to more Galaxy devices, following the initial rollout with the Galaxy A32 LTE. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra smartphones are now receiving the July 2022 security update in Europe.
According to the information, the July 2022 security update comes with PDA release numbers N981BXXS4FVG1 and N986BXXS4FVG1 for the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, respectively. Besides 5G models, the company will soon release the new patch for the LTE variants, as well.
So far, the South Korean tech giant released the July 2022 security patch to the Galaxy A32, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, and Galaxy A23 smartphones. However, the Galaxy S20 owners can also expect July 2022 security patch release in the coming days.
To check for software updates manually, just head towards your phone’s system Settings, followed by Software updates and Download and install. Since the update rollout is in the initial stage, everyone might not be able to access it for now, but you can try now.

Samsung Expert RAW coming to Galaxy Note 20 with July 2022 update

According to the information, Samsung Community’s Camera Incharge revealed that the Galaxy Note 20 will soon be able to use the Expert RAW Camera app. Consumers of these smartphones will be able to download it after installing the next software update, which could be the July 2022 patch.
Meanwhile, the moderator confirmed that the exact release timeline of the July 2022 update is not confirmed for the Galaxy Note 20 series. However, we can expect it in the coming days as Samsung has already started rolling out the July patch to the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 series devices.
