Galaxy A52s One UI 6.1 update

In addition to all the features that made Samsung Galaxy A52s so good, it was the fastest mid-range smartphone from the Korean company last year. But unfortunately, the device has lost its power after the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update.

Samsung Galaxy A52s was working fine and was being praised by users. Meanwhile, as part of Samsung’s software update policy, it collected the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update in January, which came with a slew of enhancements and new features.

Still, users reported that problems like degraded camera performance, stuttering and janky animations, issues with proximity sensors during calls, auto-brightness behaving erratically, high battery drain, and more are destroying their phones’ performance.

Many users who have installed the Samsung Galaxy A52s One UI 4.0 update are troubled. On the other hand, those users who have come to know that One UI 4.0 has bugs, did not even install the update, and are still on the old firmware version – One UI 3.x.

There are many statements in the community, Reddit, and other social media that claim Galaxy A52s’s performance degradation. Users seem very disappointed with One UI 4.0 and are demanding a fix. Still, none of the Samsung members has answered the problem.

Even the Galaxy A52s has received two updates since January – the February security patch and March security patch, still, the solutions are not visible. Customers expect that at least One UI 4.1 update will bring a solution to these problems.

Will One UI 4.1 fix Galaxy A52s issues?

Samsung has recently started testing the Galaxy A52s One UI 4.1 update, which too will be based on Android 12. Users are excited about the update as it’s expected to bring fixes for all the bugs, issues, and problems that they are facing on their devices.

Samsung One UI 4.1 is a huge upgrade over One UI 4.0 and brings many new features as well as improvements for the older. Many other Galaxy device owners that were having issues with One UI 4.0 are satisfied with One UI 4.1, therefore there are high chances that One UI 4.1 will bring fixes for all Galaxy A52s bugs/issues reported post-Android 12 One UI 4.0 upgrade.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Titanium frame

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra might not be limited to South Korea. A new report indicates that the company could launch its first Ultra foldable phone in at least two countries: China and South Korea.

AndroidHeadlines reports that Samsung is planning to introduce the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra in China too. Previously, it was reported that the company could keep this exclusive variant limited to its home ground.

Samsung has been working on Q6 and Q6A for a long. As per previous reports, Q6 is the internal codename for the Z Fold 6, while the Q6A is expected to be the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra.

In a surprising development, Samsung SM-W9025 has been spotted on AndroidHeadlines database. It doesn’t match SM-F958N, which is the Korean variant’s model number.

Samsung Z Fold 6 Ultra launch

It is expected that the model number of Samsung’s upcoming foldable in China is quite different from the Korean variant. So rather than Z Fold 6 Ultra, Samsung may opt for W25 Ultra naming for its debut in the Chinese market.

Earlier, Samsung’s Kazakhstan website accidentally published official promo material of the Unpacked. The image revealed the design of the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Since the Z Fold 6 Ultra was missing from the leaked promo, it is expected to be limited to certain markets. Also, rather than the Unpacked stage, the company may pick a later date to introduce its nighty foldable handset.

BREAKING: Samsung Galaxy S25 might not get bigger battery

Samsung Slow down issue fix

Samsung has no plan to bring a larger battery to the Galaxy S25. In a new report, GalaxyClub reports that the company won’t revise the battery capacity in the next generation of phones. At present, the information has arrived for Standard variant only.

GalaxyClub reports that the Samsung Galaxy S25 will use the same battery as the S24. The phone’s battery will have a rated capacity of 3881mAh, which the company will market as 4000mAh. We still guess the battery efficiency will be improved due to the 3nm chipsets.

The Galaxy S25 smartphone will carry model number SM-S931. The lineup’s Plus and Ultra models should get a battery increment, but it isn’t much expected. As the phone launches early next year, it’s too early to predict such changes for the flagships.

Meanwhile, the South Korean tech giant will release new foldable phones next month. The company may launch the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6 foldables. Besides, the Galaxy Watch 7, Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro, and Galaxy Ring are likely to be unveiled.

Recently, it was reported that the Galaxy S24 FE is also under testing. The phone benchmarked for the first time on Geekbench, revealing a degraded Exynos 2400 chipset. The Fan Edition device may be introduced sometime around Google’s Fall event.
