Samsung Galaxy A50 gets March 2022 security patch at Verizon US
Verizon has started rolling out a new firmware update to Samsung Galaxy A50 smartphone users in the US. The update mainly installs the latest March 2022 security patch for better stability, reliability.
According to the info, Verizon’s March 2022 security update brings PDA build version A505USQSIDVB1 for the Galaxy A50 smartphone users. Besides, the changelog mentions just security improvements included in the update.

Earlier this month, Samsung released the March 2022 Android patch bulletin, disclosing that the new software update comes with fixes for nearly 50 CVEs from Google, in addition to SVE items from the manufacturer.
Currently, Samsung is busy distributing the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 upgrade to the eligible Galaxy devices, while the Galaxy A50 smartphone had lost its major updates eligibility with Android 11 OS last year.
You can check for the latest software updates manually, just open your phone’s Settings, followed by Software updates and tap on Download and install.
