After launching the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, Samsung has shifted its focus on the unveiling of the next generation Galaxy S series flagship. Recently, the renders of the Samsung Galaxy S22 trio have emerged on the web, and now the alleged Galaxy S22 Ultra case renders revealed its design and camera module.
Thanks to tipster IceUniverse for bringing a possible appearance of the Galaxy S22 Ultra. If we go with the case renders, the device exactly looks like the recently leaked CAD renders having a P-shaped camera module with four sensors and of course, a Galaxy Note-like design.
Aside from this, the revamped camera system consists of a laser autofocus sensor and an LED flash. At the same time, the tipster suggests that there’s no authentic information available regarding the exact camera system as it could be P-shaped or 11 shaped.

As the Galaxy S22 Ultra is reportedly going to become Samsung’s best-looking Galaxy S series smartphone, its case renders suggest the same. The renders of the protective case show Galaxy Note-like sharp corners alongside the power button and volume rockers on the right side.
As per the previous reports, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be marketed as a new Galaxy Note smartphone as the company is not going to introduce new Notes in the third quarter. However, it’s reported that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will feature a dedicated slot for the S Pen stylus, just like the Galaxy Notes.
On the other hand, the Galaxy S22+ might be renamed Galaxy S22 Pro. Besides, the Galaxy S22 flagship is reportedly going to feature a quite smaller 3700mAh battery. It’s confirmed that the next-gen Galaxy S series will be equipped with a powerful Exynos 2200 SoC with AMD GPU.

Alleged Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra backplate image emerged
In early next year, Samsung will announce its next-generation Galaxy S series smartphones. As per the info revealed so far, there will be three models in the next lineup including the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra.
However, we are still months away from the official launch, Chinese tipster revealed the backplate of the upcoming Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone, which showcases the entire back design along with an exact camera module.
According to Weibo tipster, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will have an 11 shaped camera module on the back, which includes four camera sensors and an LED flash. Besides, the laser autofocus sensor might also be embedded within the camera system.
If this Galaxy S22 Ultra backplate image is correct, it seems Samsung is going to use LG Velvet-like camera module, which has no bump. However, the image suggests the next top Galaxy S series variant will surely have a Galaxy Note-inspired design.
Still, we don’t have authentic information regarding the arrival of the Galaxy S22 series. Meanwhile, we know that the devices will come with Exynos 2200 processor with AMD GPU, power-efficient AMOLED displays, improved camera capabilities and more.
