Samsung Galaxy S10 June 2021 security update rollout begins!
While the Galaxy S10 series smartphone users started speculating the arrival of the One UI 3.5 update, Samsung is not forgetting to send them monthly security updates. After updating various models, the company has now picked up its most popular flagship range for the latest security patch update.
According to the latest information, Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+ begun receiving the June 2021 security patch. Identified via version number FUE6, this update is currently rolling out for select Galaxy S10 models in the European region, mainly in Poland.

- Galaxy S10e – G970FXXSBFUE6
- Galaxy S10 – G973FXXSBFUE6
- Galaxy S10 Plus – G975FXXSBFUE6

Well, you can now check for the software update manually by navigating to your device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
It’s worth mentioning that the company is expected to unveil the June 2021’s security bulletin very soon. At the moment, we can’t confirm the particular fixes and changes that come with this new security patch, but it’s confirmed that it takes fixes for several CVEs from Samsung and stock Android.
Ahead of this month, the South Korean tech giant has started sending the June 2021 security patch to various Galaxy devices. The Galaxy S21 is the first to grab it, followed by Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy A50, Galaxy A8 (2018), Galaxy A52 5G, Galaxy Note 9, and Galaxy A71 phones.
One UI 3.5, One UI 4.0
Samsung’s Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+ are eligible for three years of Android OS upgrade support, and the Android 12-based One UI 4.x will be the last major OS upgrade for these handsets, which could come early next year. Meanwhile, you will also get the Android 11-based One UI 3.5 update later this year.
