Starting this year, Samsung launched its new Galaxy S21 flagship series. The S21 lineup consists of three smartphones – Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra. As always, these new high-profile phones come with several new camera features as the company’s Galaxy S series includes camera focused handsets.

Director’s View is one of the most advanced features debuted with the Galaxy S21 series. When enables, this function allows users to record videos from all the camera lenses available on the Galaxy S21/+ or Galaxy S21 Ultra simultaneously. At the same time, it also presents the preview from the front camera, providing a director-like experience.

Recently, the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy Note 20, and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra users have received a new camera feature – Dual Recording, a stripped-down version of the Galaxy S21’s Director’s View. This feature lets the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 lineup smartphone owners record videos from the front and rear (primary) camera.
