Samsung reportedly confirmed the existence of upcoming Galaxy S21 FE

Back in September 2020, Samsung made a clear statement that it will launch a new Fan Edition variant of its upcoming flagships every year. At the same time, the company introduced the Galaxy S20 FE (Fan Edition), which is an affordable variant of the Galaxy S20 flagship that features the same hardware and upgraded software capabilities.

Moving on, the South Korean tech giant is expected to unveil the next FE model that could be the Galaxy S21 FE. However, the company has not yet revealed anything about this upcoming handset, but it looks like it has started the preparation of the launch of this year’s Fan Edition.

Folks over at GalaxyClub spotted that Samsung Mexico’s official website accidentally mentioned the Galaxy S21 FE beside the renders of the Galaxy S21 and S21+ phones. Besides, we can’t deny that it’s a technical or typing error but it hints at the existence of the Galaxy S21 FE.

However, we are months away from the expected launch of the S21 FE, which could be scheduled for August 2021. Previously, a well-known tipster leaked a handful of Galaxy S21 FE render, which gave us an idea of its design language and appearance.

The renders revealed that this device looks quite identical to the Galaxy S21, and has a vertically placed triple rear camera system along with an LED flash on the right side. The Galaxy S21 FE comes with a 6.4-inch flat display, which is somewhat larger than the 6.2-inch display of the Galaxy S21.

Moreover, the display comes with a centered punch-hole cutout to house a selfie camera. In addition, it’s expected to be powered by a flagship-grade processor, while this latest leak doesn’t reveal any more information. While, we’ve recently reported that the S21 FE could be packed with a 4500mAh battery, the same as the Galaxy S20 FE.
