Launched on March 17, 2021, Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 come pre-packed with the latest Android 11-based One UI 3.1. Alongside the features of this version of One UI, these new devices also have some exclusive camera features such as Snapchat filters in the stock camera app.

According to the latest info, the Galaxy A52 5G is now receiving its first software update that is currently spotted in Germany. The changelog shows that this new software adds a new camera feature called Fun Mode and brings system security improvements by installing the February 2021 patch.

However, the Korean tech giant itself explained that consumers will be able to use various Snapchat effects through the Fun Mode of the Samsung Camera application. Meanwhile, it is expected that the company is sending this OTA in order to optimize system functions for a better user experience.

At the Galaxy Awesome Unpacked, Samsung revealed that Galaxy A52 and A72 users can add style and unique flair to content using AR Emoji and My Filter. Furthermore, you can also apply AR Lenses from Snapchat with Fun Mode when snapping content from the native camera app.
