Verizon has pushed a new update for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, which fixes an issue that prevented users from using the watch’s raise to wake function.

Users of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic were facing the raise to wake issue where the feature was not working properly. This issue came after installing last month’s camera controller update, which was reported by users on social media platforms and official communities.

Just recently, Samsung released the same update for Galaxy Watch 5 series to provide a bug-free and smoother experience.

To download and install this update through the Galaxy wearable app on a connected Android phone, you have to follow some easy steps. Firstly, open to Watch settings >> Watch software update >> Download and install. If an update is available, click the Update now option, and on the Watch software update screen, tap Install now.
