Samsung One UI 5.1 release date and eligible devices

Today, Samsung is unveiling the new Galaxy S flagship lineup, One UI software, and Galaxy Book. Over the One UI 5.0, the new software iteration brings refinements and system improvements. Well, are you wondering about the release date and eligible devices of the One UI 5.1?

We guess, the One UI 5.1 update may start rolling out in late February or early March, though, Samsung has not officially revealed the release timeline. Most of the older Galaxy devices upgraded to the new Android 13 OS are eligible for the new One UI 5.1 update.

One UI 5.1 Release & Eligible Devices

Samsung launched the Galaxy S10, Note 10, S20, Note 20, S21, Fold/Flip 3, S22 and Fold/Flip 4 smartphones with mid-cycle One UI versions 1.1, 1.5, 2.1, 2.5, 3.1, 3.1.1, 4.1 and 4.1.1, respectively. Following the same habit, the Galaxy S23 series will run new One UI 5.1 out of the box.

It has been Samsung’s conventional strategy to roll out mid-cycle One UI versions to older flagship and some other Galaxy devices via firmware updates. This year, things will not change and the below-mentioned devices will receive the One UI 5.1 change and features.
