Galaxy S22 Android 13/One UI 5.0 Beta reaches the last eligible country

The Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta testing activity was already announced in the US, South Korea, Germany, India, Poland, and the UK. Now, Samsung expanded the Galaxy S22 One UI 5.0 Beta program to the last eligible country – China, as confirmed by IceUniverse.

As the One UI 5.0 Beta program is now live for the Galaxy S22 series devices in all 7 qualified markets, we expect Samsung will run the testing program more speedily. Chinese S22 smartphone owners are now eligible to install the Android 13 Beta by joining the One UI Beta Program through Samsung Members.

So far, Samsung released two One UI 5.0 Beta builds in the US, South Korea, and Germany. At the same time, the content of the 2nd Beta update was delivered to the consumers in India, Poland, the UK and China, together, with the first Beta.

In addition to the new features and changes debuted with One UI 5.0 Beta 1, the Beta 2 update introduces new and redesigned icons for a handful of Samsung apps such as Phone, Gallery and Calendar. The Beta program is expected to conclude in mid-October when Samsung released the Stable Android 13 upgrade.
