It was the first time when Samsung introduced the S Pen support to its foldable smartphone, while it needs an additional case. However, the next-gen Galaxy Z Fold is likely to introduce tougher display covers alongside an integrated S Pen silo.

Following the increasing popularity of foldable smartphones, Samsung is continuously working to invent new types of foldable displays. While the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is the company’s latest foldable handset, it looks like Samsung is working on a crazy origami Galaxy Z Fold model.

In a recent development, well-known tipster Dohyun Kim advised LetsGoDigital guys to create concept renders of a crazy foldable phone, which will be introduced by Samsung in near future. As per the info, the future Galaxy Z Fold features dual-hinge functionality

Accordingly, Technizo Concept helped LGD for creating 3D images and a video of the device, showing off its design and functionality. As shown in the concept, the new origami Samsung foldable will fold both along the vertical and the horizontal axis, also, the display is slightly bigger than the Fold 3.

Aside from this, it was reported that the Korean tech giant is creating a custom interface (software) for this dual-hinge Galaxy Z Fold smartphone, letting users take full advantage of such a big display and multi-fold form factor. While there seems no chance of this phone’s arrival this year, we are hoping for it sometime in 2024.

Undoubtedly, it’s a big challenge to develop a phone having multi-fold display, however, everyone knows, Samsung is the king of futuristic display technologies. Back in January, the company showcased several concepts of foldables such as Slidable, Tri-fold and more.
