Samsung launches The Premiere 4K Ultra Short Throw laser projectors in India
Samsung, India’s largest and most trusted consumer brand, has strengthened its lifestyle product portfolio with the launch of an ultra-premium type of project called ‘The Premiere‘ to give you a great private cinema experience in the privacy of your home.
The Premiere comes with a cohesive, space-saving space that blends well with the various settings and settings in your living space. As a simple throw-out projector, The Premiere can be placed on a coffee table or on the drawer’s chest at a distance of a fist (11.3 cm) from the wall to produce a high-quality 130-inch screen.
As of today, The Premiere will be available on screen size models up to 130 and 120-inch – LSP9T and LSP7T respectively – supporting 4K image resolution. Premiere LSP9T is the world’s first certified HDR10+ projector with triple laser technology.

The Premiere LSP9T is the world’s first HDR10+ certified projector with triple laser technology and delivers revolutionary contrast details as the user watches from bright to dark scenes with a peak brightness of up to 2,800 ANSI lumens.
The LSP9T is the world’s first 4K laser projector with HDR10+ certification and can reach a peak brightness of up to 2,800 ANSI lumens. It supports up to 130-inch image size and has a triple-laser light source (Red, Green, and Blue).
The projector covers up to 106% of Rec. BT.2020 color gamut and up to 147% of DCI-P3 color gamut. It also comes packed with a 40W (4.2-channel) speaker system. The LSP7T is a 120-inch 4K laser projector with a peak brightness of 2,200 ANSI lumens and has a 2.2-channel 20W speaker setup. It can cover up to 83% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
The Premiere also supports Filmmaker Mode for the first of its kind as a projector allowing users to enjoy watching movies as the director intended. The smart projector comes equipped with Samsung’s Smart TV platform and experience full of streaming video apps from major content partners and mobile connectivity features such as Tap View and mirroring.

Samsung The Premiere would be available in two models on Samsung’s official online store, Samsung Shop, and at select Samsung Smart Plazas from August 10, 2021. The LSP9T model of The Premiere is available at INR 6,29,900 while the LSP7T is available at INR 3,89,900 respectively.

Samsung One UI Home gets a refresh with performance boost
Samsung has released a new update for the One UI Home app with version 15.5.05.17. This update brings improvements to enhance your experience on Galaxy devices.
With this update, users will notice a smoother home screen and better overall performance. It fixes some minor bugs that may have been causing issues to make navigation easier and more enjoyable.
Through this update, Samsung aims to provide a seamless experience for Home screen functions. It is available with an installation package size of around 28MB.

Samsung’s AI influencer SAM challenges gamers at BGS
Samsung announced its AI influencer SAM will participate in the BGS (Brazil Game Show) 2024. BGS is the largest videogame event in Latin America. The event this set to take place from October 9th to 13th in São Paulo, Brazil.
SAM will be available for visitors letting them interact with it through various activities and actions. Adding to this, the AI influencer will be present in various modalities at the Samsung booth during the fair.

At the Watch Out game, SAM will compete alongside gamers. Developed with machine learning technology, Samsung’s Watch Out uses advanced artificial intelligence to work with intelligent agents trained to simulate SAM’s actions in real-time.
During the game, competitors must dodge obstacles and collect as many Galaxy Rings as possible to win. Later, SAM reacts to the player’s actions, offering a direct interaction experience between gamers and their 3D avatar.

BGS visitors can enjoy Watch Out on the main stage at the Samsung Booth. Games will be played during the intervals of the stage attractions, allowing the audience to compete in quick matches of up to three minutes.
Depending on their performance in the game, participants will be able to take home exclusive SAM items, such as sweatshirts, mousepads, and pins. It’s pretty interactive activity that the Korean tech giant has prepared for its consumers in Latin America.
