Samsung offers an amazing feature called Dual Messenger, which lets Galaxy smartphone users install a clone version of some popular instant messaging apps. For example, you can use two Facebook and/or WhatsApp accounts on the same device simultaneously.

Over the past few weeks, it is reported that some Galaxy owners are facing issues while using the app created by the Dual Messenger feature. According to complaints, users are unable to share their phone’s files via WhatsApp Messenger of the Dual Messenger mode.

It’s also reported that the problem appeared on WhatsApp version 2.21.10.16 and later. Following the users’ feedback, Samsung confirmed that the Dual Messenger’s WhatsApp issue will be fixed soon through a software update in the future.

But, how to share files until the update arrives

Samsung has brought a temporary way to send files on WhatsApp through Dual Messenger mode by opening the Gallery or My Files app >> select the files >> share via WhatsApp’s second instance.

In order to open received files on WhatsApp, the company suggests forwarding them to your first WhatsApp account and opening them from there.
