Recently, CyberMedia Research published a new report in which Lenovo continued to lead the Indian tablet market for the first quarter of 2021. However, it’s not a new thing as it always offers budget tablets in this market that attracts a huge mass of consumers.

Now let’s get to the main point in which Apple kicks off Samsung from the Indian tablet market by grabbing a 29 percent market share. It is due to the sudden surge of work from home which makes the company selling good numbers of tablets.

However, it not like the Korean tech giant performed badly in the Indian market as the prevailing anti-China sentiment in the country benefited the company to increase its market dominance.

Moreover, it profited from good supply chain dynamics and resilient manufacturing to gain ground during the pandemic. As a result, it secured 3rd position in the Indian market and sold some good numbers of tablets.

How Samsung will regain its position in the Tablet segment?

Going back to previous reports, we found that Samsung shipped 31.2 million tablets in 2020, securing the second spot with a 16.6 percent market share. So, there is a possibility in which the company could regain a good spot in the future. Also, researchers predicted that these numbers show a good sign for improving the company’s performance in the coming days.

So, there is also a probability that Samsung could capture the top spot in the future. Besides, Samsung has some exciting goodies including Galaxy Tab S7 Lite for the upcoming launches. Therefore, we can imagine that it will also help the company to regain its position in the future.
