Samsung Galaxy A72 benchmarks with Snapdragon 720G and Android 11

Samsung is preparing to launch mid-range 5G smartphones in the coming year which could be the Galaxy A72 5G, Galaxy A52 5G, Galaxy A32 5G, and Galaxy A22 5G. Previously, we’ve seen the CAD renders of all of these phones except for the recently surfaced Galaxy A22 5G.

Moving on, Samsung could also unveil an LTE variant of the Galaxy A72 which is recently appeared on a benchmark website. According to the info, Samsung’s device with model number SM-A725F powered by Snapdragon 720G processor has entered Geekbench.

As per the benchmark listing, the Galaxy A72 got 549 points in the single-core while 1637 points in the multi-core test. The device will launch pre-installed Android 11 supported by 8GB of RAM. It is worth mentioning that its predecessor Galaxy A71 equips Snapdragon 730G SoC.

Previous reports reveal that the Galaxy A72 5G sports a 6.7-inch Infinity-O flat display including an under-display fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole design. It has a quad rear camera setup with a 64MP primary lens, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C charging port.
