With Android 10 and One UI 2.0 rollouts, Samsung software updates are getting faster than ever. Samsung is doing an excellent job with Android security patches too. We have seen in the last few months that Samsung was sending security patches to its smartphones earlier than Google.
We have a new benchmark listing, and it is saying the company is already testing Android 11/R. This is good news for every Samsung Galaxy smartphone users.
According to the Geekbench, the Galaxy S10+ with model number G975F was spotted running the “Android R” OS. Which will be almost certainly the Android 11. In the listing, the device was running Samsung’s octa-core Exynos 9820 SoC and 7.4GB of RAM of available memory.
Note: Geekbench listing could be right or wrong too.
WHAT ABOUT ONE UI 3.0?
Samsung One UI 3.0 will be based on Google’s Android 11 OS. Last year, One UI 2.0 added a number of features. You can expect improved features and new UI in One UI 3.0. FYI, Google recently released the first Android 11 developer preview.
