The Galaxy A56 boasts a dedicated pill-shaped module for camera sensors. The LED flash was placed out of the module, retaining the placement as in previous models. The Key Island is also here to provide a unique feel over the physical controls.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A56 alongside the Galaxy A36 in March 2025. The former would not be available in the US as it would clash with the Galaxy S24 FE. The latter will launch in the United States under a mid-range segment.
Last heard the Galaxy A56 sports a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED panel with an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung is likely to use a new Exynos 1580 chipset paired with 8GB and 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
Charging speed is almost confirmed to be 45W, up from 25W in last year’s A55. Meanwhile, the battery capacity would remain unchanged at 5000mAh, still, you can expect improved battery life with software optimization.
In terms of optics, the A56 is said to get a new 12-megapixel selfie snapper. On the back, the module will consist of a 50-megapixel (OIS) primary sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro lens.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge’s insane durability could leave us speechless

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge might shock us all with its insane durability. The phone is rumored to come with a sleek design profile at just 5.8mm. Despite the fact, it won’t make you worry about getting bent in pocket or while usage.
The latest revelation recognizes Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge for its durability. MaxJambor claims that the S25 Edge is “solid” and “can’t be bent easily.”
Beyond that, the source mentioned that the Galaxy S25 Edge will also survive the bend test by famous YouTuber Zack Nelson (channel name JerryRigEverything).
It is reported that the Galaxy S25 Edge will be just 5.84mm thick. Apple’s iPhone 17 Air could be even thinner, and the durability of the device remains to be known.
Recent reports revealed that the Galaxy S25 Edge’s frame will be made of Titanium. The rear panel, meanwhile, replaces the conventional Gorilla Glass Victus in favor of a Ceramic build.
A Samsung UK executive also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to durability, even with the S25 Edge. The slimmer design profile won’t come with a compromise in terms of durability.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge in April 2025.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE might not feature full-view cover screen

Samsung is rumored to debut an affordable foldable phone this year. The device is expected to be the Galaxy Z Flip FE, which could have some hardware downgrades, such as cover screen and processor, over the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Insider MaxJambor reports that the Galaxy Z Flip FE may not feature a full-view cover screen. The phone’s outer display would appear to be the same as the Z Flip 6. Meanwhile, Samsung is upgrading this aspect on the Z Flip 7.
In corrected renders, Onleaks showcased the potential full-view cover display of the Z Flip 7. The new phone’s cover panel will boast the two camera sensors inside. This change will bring the Z Flip 7 closer to the recent Moto Razr foldable.
The Galaxy Z Flip 6 comes with a 6.7-inch main display and a 3.4-inch cover display. The cover panel, meanwhile, isn’t a full-view screen but features a design identical to the Folder-icon, and the free space holds two camera sensors.
The Galaxy Z Flip FE may replicate the display specs of the Galaxy Z Flip 6. On the flip side, the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to be equipped with a 6.8-inch inner and a bigger cover display ranging around 4 inches.
Samsung could introduce new foldable phones sometime in July this year. The company hasn’t yet finalized the reveal timeline for the affordable model, however, it’s highly anticipated to join the Z Flip 7 and Fold 7 for a July launch.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra leak reveals new Telephoto and Periscope camera, crushes 3-lens talk

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could stick to a quad-camera setup. Recently, a rumor surfaced online claiming the prototype features one less camera sensor. However, a new yet credible input tells us a different story along with specs.
According to IceUniverse, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be equipped with an upgraded camera system. Samsung won’t reduce the number of sensors from its next flagship but will bring a more powerful setup for exceptional mobile photography.
Galaxy S26 Ultra Camera Specs (Rumored)
Primary Camera – 200-megapixel, variable aperture (f/1.4-f/4.0), OIS, a 23.6mm lens, 0.6um pixel size, and a 1/1.3-inch sensor
Ultrawide Camera – 50-megapixel, 1/2.52-inch sensor size, f/1.9 aperture, 13mm lens, 0.7um pixel size
Telephoto – 50-megapixel, 3.5x optical zoom, 1/3.15-inch sensor size, f/2.4 aperture, OIS, 80mm lens
Periscope – 50-megapixel, 8x optical zoom, 1/2.76-inch sensor, OIS, 0.64um pixel size, f/3.0 aperture, and an 184mm lens equivalent
The rumor suggests that Samsung might upgrade both zoom cameras on the S26 Ultra. The 3x Telephoto could be replaced with a new 3.5x solution, while the 5x Periscope could be replaced with a new 8x zoom sensor, both with 50MP resolution.
It will be a massive camera upgrade if the rumor turns out to be true.
Well, Samsung is currently preparing to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge, and the second half will be dedicated to new foldable phones and a Fan Edition of the Galaxy S25 series. The Galaxy S26 series will be introduced in early 2026.
Despite the news coming from a credible insider, take it as a pinch of salt. The evaluation is still underway, and prototype-level specs can’t be considered final. A 5500mAh battery and Bluetooth S Pen are also rumored for the S26 Ultra, read here.

Samsung may launch Galaxy S25 Edge without an Unpacked event

First unveiled at an Unpacked event earlier this year, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be released in April. After the first reveal, the company showcased the slim smartphone at the Mobile World Congress as well.
As the official launch nears, more relevant input has started to surface online. That said, the company may not make much hype for the device prior to its release, at least, as per the latest revelation suggests.
Galaxy S25 Edge to launch without an event
Leaker Anthony claims that Samsung will not hold an Unpacked event to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge. The smartphone will be launched quietly, with press release and product page will be made available at a same time.
Earlier, the company introduced the Galaxy A26, A36, and A56. Despite bringing three new phones, the company didn’t have a separate program. The announcement was made with a Newsroom post, and details have been shared.
Similarly, the Galaxy S25 Edge would debut in the smartphone market. Samsung has been refraining from such expenses for the last two years. Therefore, don’t expect a mega unveil show to be held for the Galaxy S25 Edge.
