At CES 2025, Samsung showcased its latest Health and Wellness solutions. The Home for Wellness zone featured Samsung Health, Galaxy wearable devices, and SmartThings integration, addressing key wellness priorities such as sleep and diet.

This exhibit showcased an end-to-end (E2E) health experience, spanning from data collection and analysis to health insights and recommendations.

Sleep Management

The first part focused on Galaxy wearables like the Galaxy Ring and Galaxy Watch, which offer customized solutions for sleep management. These devices track user sleep patterns and offer tailored recommendations to improve sleep quality.

The Galaxy Watch includes a sleep apnea feature, which connects with telehealth services to provide comprehensive health management.

If the advanced wearable sensors detect signs of sleep apnea, users are guided toward appropriate medical consultations to continue sleep management at home.

SmartThings integration helps automatically adjust connected smart beds, lighting, blinds, air purifiers, and more, creating the optimal sleep environment.

Smart Nutrition Management:

The next part highlighted SmartThings, Samsung Health, and Samsung Food working together. Features include monitoring blood glucose, providing personalized recipe recommendations, optimizing grocery lists, and offering health insights.

The exhibit displayed information like:

  • Weekly blood glucose trend graphs
  • Key nutrient breakdowns
  • Personalized action plans to achieve health goals
  • Tailored meal plans

Samsung Health CES 2025

Samsung’s nutrition management plan reflects its vision to provide a step-by-step journey toward better health, utilizing AI to empower users to take control of their wellness.

The Korean tech giant plans to expand its E2E health management and device ecosystem through deeper integration with Samsung Health and SmartThings. It aims to deliver forward-thinking solutions that enable users to take control of their health and wellness.
