Samsung Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus

Details specs of Galaxy S25 and S25+ have been revealed ahead of Samsung Unpacked. Courtesy of AndroidHeadlines, we now have access to the final specifications of the upcoming flagship phones that will be released on January 22.

Galaxy S25:

Samsung’s S25 will sport a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with FHD+ (2340 x 1080) resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The device will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with 12GB RAM and storage variants, including:

  • 128GB
  • 256GB
  • 512GB

The phone will be equipped with a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary, 12-megapixel ultrawide, and a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto. The front camera will feature a 12-megapixel resolution and placed within an Infinity-O display.

The vanilla Galaxy S25 variant will be packed with a 4000mAh battery supporting both wired and wireless charging. The wired charging speed will be capped at 25W, while the wireless charging speed remains unknown.

Galaxy S25 Plus:

The Galaxy S25 Plus will measure 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm and weigh about 190 grams. The handset will equip a 6.7-inch flat Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with WQHD (3120 x 1440) resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

It will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite (overclocked) chip, pairing 12GB RAM. Unlike the S25, it will have only two storage configurations, including 256GB and 512GB. The battery capacity is 4900mAh and a faster wired charging support of 45W.

The middle child of the S25 series will share the camera specs with the S25. The module will include a 50-megapixel primary, a 12-megapixel ultrawide, and a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto with OIS, as well as a 12-megapixel selfie snapper.

Additional spec details of both models include a dual SIM setup ( eSIM support too), Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 support, Android 15-based One UI 7 skin and measurement (Standard S25): 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2mm as well as a weight of just 162 grams.
