Samsung to renovate One UI 7 Battery Indicator with dynamic colors
Samsung may update the new Battery Indicator of One UI 7 with dynamic colors. With the Beta 3, Samsung added a dynamic look to the battery pill overlay. Now, the next resort would be filling the battery indicator pill with dynamic colors.
Based on a user suggestion, the Samsung moderator hinted at a potential implementation of dynamic colors in the One UI 7 battery indicator.
A certain timeline of the feature’s rollout is uncertain, but the pill is expected to add dynamic colors such as Red, Yellow, and Green to make the indicator look appealing.
Samsung’s community moderator mentioned that the idea of using dynamic colors to visually indicate charge levels is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
How it would function:
- Red = Less Battery
- Yellow = Okay Battery
- Green = Full Battery
These possibilities are highlighted by the community moderator while acknowledging a feature request by one of the One UI 7 Beta participants on the US website.
This minor change aims to make it easier to quickly gauge battery status at a glance. The pill contains a percentage of battery but dynamic colors would make the appearance even better.
The feature request may have been passed along to the development team for their consideration. If the user interface tweak aligns with Samsung’s development project, it will be applied for sure.
One UI 7 Release Date?
Samsung will unveil the final version of One UI 7 on January 22. The company may also share a rollout schedule for compatible Galaxy phones.
Previous reports and Beta Program state suggest that the Stable update’s rollout may start by mid to end of February, with flagship models listed in the first wave.
