Samsung Galaxy S25 Series

Samsung Galaxy S25 series is coming with upgraded specs and features. The company is all set to reveal the new flagship lineup later this month. The first teaser has also been released alongside the Unpacked invite earlier this week.

As we await the official launch, credible sources detailed key specs of the Galaxy S25 series. The latest revelation sheds light on upgrades in crucial segments such as display, processor, memory configuration, and battery/charging.

Display

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a slightly larger QHD+ screen than the S24 Ultra. The screen size may measure 6.9 inches (91.4 percent screen-to-body visibility). The S25 and S25 Plus will have 6.2-inch and 6.7-inch screens with FHD+ resolution.

Earlier, evidence suggested up to 3000 nits of peak brightness on the S25 Ultra. However, two latest revelations indicate that the panel’s brightness may remain the same as last year’s Galaxy S24 Ultra – 2600 nits.

Battery and Charging

The vanilla Galaxy S25 will be packed with 4000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging. The S25 Plus and S25 Ultra will have 4900mAh and 5000mAh battery, respectively, featuring 45W superfast charging support.

Processor and RAM

All Galaxy S25 models will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite (for Galaxy) processor. This 4.47GHz chipset offers upgraded CPU, GPU, and NPU performance – thanks to Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU and TSMC’s 3nm process node.

Samsung has opted for 12GB RAM on the base Galaxy S25 model. Both non-Ultra models will feature 12GB of RAM paired with 256GB and 512GB of memory. The S25 Ultra will be available in 12GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB/1TB variants.

The Galaxy Unpacked is scheduled for January 22 in San Jose, California. Here are the related stories that you may like:
