Samsung plans to expand its Subscription Club to Galaxy devices and the Ballie robot in 2025. The company’s CES announced at CES 2025 that Samsung will launch the subscription service for mobile Galaxy devices next month.

The company will unveil the Galaxy S25 series later this month. The flagship lineup will be released in the first week of the next month. The announcement aligns with the release of the S25 series availability in the Korean market.

Accordingly, Samsung may offer the Galaxy S25 series (in Korea) as a subscription service. It would be interesting to see how the company ready subscription plans and what kind of perks would be offered to the consumers in the country.

The official also mentioned that Ballie will be the first to offer a subscription service in Korea. The company is aiming for one robot per household ambition in South Korea. Ballie is set to launch in the US and South Korea in the first half of 2025.

Samsung’s Subscription Club aims to help consumers who have felt burdened by purchasing unlocked phones are likely to be encouraged to buy them using installment plans from online stores across the country.

The move planned by the Korean tech giant is aimed at making a big impact on the distribution paradigm of mobile devices. It would significantly raise sales of mobile devices such as phones, tablets, and Ballie-like robots.

Last month, Samsung introduced the AI Subscription Club for home appliances. This move, replicated from LG, made a positive impact on sales, with subscription sales accounting for 30% of home appliance sales at Samsung Stores.
