If you are a Samsung fan eagerly awaiting the stable One UI 7 update, you might wonder if the recently released Beta 3 build for the Galaxy S24 series is the final one before we see the stable version. Let’s dive into what we know so far.

Samsung started the One UI 7 beta program in early December, followed by a second beta in late December. Now, in early January, the company rolled out the third beta build for the Galaxy S24 users.

However, there’s a question on many users’ minds whether this third beta is the last one before the stable release. Based on current progress and upcoming product launches, it seems unlikely.

Here’s why:

The Galaxy S25 series, which is set to debut on January 22, 2025, will come pre-installed with Android 15-based One UI 7. This launch timing suggests that the broader rollout of the stable version might not be available until after the S25 series is out in the market, likely in February.

Additionally, there are still some bugs that require work, there’s a good chance Samsung will release one more beta build before the bug-free version. This could happen towards the end of January or around the S25 launch, ensuring that all known issues are fixed before the stable release.

With each beta version, Samsung’s One UI team has been fixing the reported issues. The latest beta fixed several bugs, but the primary aim is to perfect One UI software for a smooth experience. One more beta could help with the final tweaks.
