Samsung’s third One UI 7 Beta brings new One UI Home app
Samsung recently started releasing a new beta update for the Galaxy S24 series in various eligible countries. With the release of the third One UI 7 Beta update, Samsung brings improvements to the One UI Home app, which has been updated to version 16.0.03.21.
The new update enhances the performance of the Home screen and fixes issues that users experienced in the previous beta version. This should help provide a smoother and better experience for Galaxy S24 users who are testing the third One UI 7 beta.
If you’ve received the beta update on your Samsung Galaxy S24, there’s nothing additional you need to do to install the One UI Home update. The new version will automatically be installed with the latest software update.
To check if you have the latest version of One UI Home, go to Settings > tap on Home Screen, then scroll down and click on the About Home screen option. This will show you the current version installed on your device.
Earlier this month, Samsung confirmed that Home Up features will be integrated into One UI Home with the One UI 7 update. This means you’ll soon be able to access the popular Home Up features of Good Lock directly in the Settings. It makes it easier to customize your phone’s home screen from one place.
Samsung is regularly working to improve the overall user experience on the Galaxy S24 series with beta updates. Users can look forward to more improvements as they continue to test the One UI 7 beta. Today, Samsung also confirmed to launch Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra on January 22, 2025.
