Wait is Over: Samsung reveals Galaxy S25 launch date at Unpacked 2025!

Samsung will launch the Galaxy S25 series at Unpacked 2025 on January 22. Today, the company released an official Unpacked teaser, confirming the event. The invitation suggests Samsung will introduce its next Galaxy S devices and new Galaxy AI features.

It’s official! Samsung revealed that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will be held at 10AM PT / 1PM ET on January 22 in San Jose, California. Along with the new Galaxy S25 phones, the event will be centered on the next evolution of Galaxy AI.

Samsung says the next evolution of Galaxy AI is “going to change the way you interact with the world every day.” Warming up the hype, Samsung notes that “the new Galaxy S series is about to set the bar once again for mobile AI experiences now and into the future.”

The event will be streamed live on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel beginning at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. EST, 6 p.m. GMT, and 7 p.m. CET. The in-person event will be held at the same time in San Jose, USA.

Pre-reservation benefits revealed

Samsung also announced pre-reservation benefits on the upcoming devices. By pre-reserving, you get a $50 credit toward the latest Galaxy device during the pre-order period.

In addition, you have a chance to win a $5,000 Samsung gift card. Plus receive up to an additional $900 credit when you trade in an eligible device.

The benefits go even beyond as you can also get up to an additional $300 instant credit for a total of up to $1,250 in total savings when you reserve and pre-order.
