Samsung apps leak confirms One UI 7.1 exists
Samsung has been working on releasing a new One UI 7 beta update for the Galaxy S24 series. At the same time, leaked versions of some Samsung apps confirm the existence of the One UI 7, which may debut alongside the Galaxy S25 series. These leaks suggest that the One UI 7.1 update could be available soon for Galaxy devices.
Recently, new versions of Samsung Notes (4.4.28.15) and Samsung Voice Recorder (21.5.70.56) have been spotted on APKMirror. The release notes for these updates indicate support for One UI 7.1 based on Android 15, which confirms that the update is under development. This gives us a glimpse of what’s to come for future Galaxy devices.
Currently, Samsung has opened the One UI 7 Beta Program for the Galaxy S24 series. However, the company might not expand the beta program to other Galaxy S series devices. It is also expected that the Galaxy S25 series will launch with One UI 7.1, continuing Samsung’s tradition of releasing One UI X.1 version with each new S series launch.
Leaks also suggest that One UI 7.1 will bring several new features, particularly related to Galaxy AI. These might include AI Summary and AI Emoji to enhance user experience and customization. Another rumored feature is the Video Object Eraser, which will likely allow users to remove unwanted parts or objects from videos easily.
Now, we have also seen the leaked One UI 7.1 apps, which further indicate its arrival with the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. As the new year approaches, we can expect more information about One UI 7.1 and its features.
Samsung is actively working to soon roll out the stable version of One UI 7.x for compatible devices. Stay tuned for further updates as the launch of the Galaxy S25 series and One UI 7.x draws closer.
