Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will boast five camera sensors including Sony IMX and ISOCELL. The rear side will have a quad camera setup and a front camera within the Infinity-O screen. Recently, the final camera details of the upcoming phone have been leaked.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature two Sony IMX and three Samsung ISOCELL camera sensors. The company is sourcing the Telephoto and Periscope sensors from Sony. The main, ultrawide, and selfie cameras are supplied by Samsung ISOCELL.
These details came out from code extracted by Andriod sleuth AssembleDebug. Notably, all the details were already leaked in the past, separately. However, the code extraction confirms complete camera specs altogether.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Camera Details [Leaked]
- Primary – Samsung ISOCELL HP2: 200-megapixel resolution with 2x optical-like zoom
- Ultra Wide – Samsung ISOCELL JN3: 50-megapixel resolution
- Telephoto – Sony IMX 754: 10-megapixel resolution with 3x optical zoom
- Periscope – Sony IMX 854: 50-megapixel resolution with 5x optical zoom

The primary, telephoto, periscope, and selfie camera are the same as the S24 Ultra. Only the ultrawide is getting upgraded from 12MP in S24 Ultra to 50MP in S25 Ultra. Samsung should have considered upgrading the 10MP 3x zoom camera instead.
