Samsung confirms new larger Galaxy Ring sizes ahead of launch
Samsung will soon launch new larger sizes of the Galaxy Ring. The company has been developing two larger sizes of its smart ring device. Recently, Samsung confirmed the upcoming Galaxy Ring sizes ahead of their official launch.
MySmartPrice spotted two new size variants of the Galaxy Ring on the official Samsung Support website. The company has silently published landing pages for its upcoming products on the Samsung Support website.
Samsung’s SM-Q514 and SM-Q515 are listed on the Support site. The webpage currently lacks product images but the model number confirms they belong to the Galaxy Ring, which is already available in nine size variants.
The Galaxy Ring is expected to be available in two more sizes: 14 and 15 soon. The company could announce the launch around the Galaxy Unpacked event. Preparations suggest that the device is all set to enter the market.
The new Ring with larger sizes may share the same specifications as the existing models. Samsung offers Galaxy AI tools that introduce many useful health monitoring features. With larger sizes, the focus might be on upgrading the battery life.
Samsung may offer larger batteries with new Ring sizes. Currently, the Galaxy Ring “13” features the biggest cell for decent battery life. It remains to be seen if the new larger-size models will bring upgraded battery to the table.
Apart from this, Samsung is also rumored to tease the Galaxy Ring 2 at Unpacked next month. Korea media via Digitimes believe that the second-generation Galaxy Ring and AR Smart Glasses may be teased with the Galaxy S25 series launch.
