Panels Settings
With One UI 7, Samsung lets users choose an option between Together and Separate modes for how their notifications and quick settings are displayed. This customization allows you to personalize the Notification Panel as per your needs.
Together Mode:
In this mode, when you swipe down from the top of your screen, both your notifications and quick settings are shown on the same page. It’s a compact layout that combines everything in one swipe to make it easier to access both your alerts and controls without switching screens.
Separate Mode:
If you prefer more organization, the Separate Mode lets you view your notification panel and quick panel on separate pages. When you swipe down from the top-left, you’ll first see your notifications.
If you swipe down from the right side, the Quick Panel with settings like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, brightness bar, and more quick settings will appear. This mode helps reduce clutter and makes it easier to focus on just the notifications or just the settings.
Separate Notification Panel
In One UI 7, Samsung has redesigned the Notification Panel to make it simpler, cleaner, and easier to use. While it still works the same way as before, the updates give you more control and options for managing your notifications.
The Separate Notification Panel allows you to view your notifications on a full page. This makes it easier to manage and interact with them. You can expand notifications to see more details, and quickly reply to messages without opening the app. This feature is especially useful when you need to respond to a message or update right away.
The notification box now has a more modern and rounded shape at the edges compared to the previous one. These notifications now look more polished and visually appealing.
At the bottom of the Notification Panel, you’ll notice two important options:
Notification Settings (on the bottom left): By tapping on this option, you can manage how notifications work for each app. You can choose which apps send you notifications to give you more control over alerts you get from your phone.
Clear (on the bottom right): This option lets you quickly clear all the notifications. If you have a lot of notifications and want to start fresh, just tap this button to clean up the panel in one go.
With these new changes, One UI 7 offers enhanced control over how you interact with notifications. The updated layout is cleaner and more customizable to provide a more efficient way to stay updated with important information.
Don’t worry, Samsung One UI 7 still has Unified Quick Settings Panel
