Samsung is crafting a Galaxy S25 Slim with reduced thickness. The device is expected to bring a big display, a decent camera, and power specs. A new leak reveals the potential thickness of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim.

According to IceUniverse, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim phone’s thickness could be between 6mm to 7mm. The input suggests that the S25 Slim be the sleekest Samsung flagship in history, even beating the thinner S25 coming next month.

The Galaxy S25 is expected to be 7.2mm thick compared to the 7.6mm of the S24. Well, the iPhone 17 Air is seemingly unbeatable in sleekness. Despite a sharp reduction, the Galaxy S25 Slim may be thicker than the iPhone 17 Air.

Apple is rumored to be considering the iPhone 17 Air with a thickness between 5mm to 6mm. Even if the iPhone reaches a peak limit of 6mm, it would be thinner than Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Slim which could be 6mm to 7mm thick.

Power specs rumored

This little thick design would favor you with a powerful camera and a larger battery. The Galaxy S25 Slim is rumored to be equipped with a 200-megapixel camera and a new Telephoto lens with a 3.5x optical zoom feature.

A recent rumor suggests that the device could pack a battery of around 4700mAh to 5000mAh. The display could measure 6.66 inches, the same as the Galaxy S25 Plus, as part of providing stunning user experiences.

Samsung could launch the Galaxy S25 Slim in the second quarter of the next year. The Galaxy S25 series will likely be unveiled on January 22 in the US. Samsung may also tease the Galaxy XR headset called Project Moohan at the Unpacked.
