One UI 7 Display Assistant Beta

Samsung’s latest Galaxy software has a lot to explore than the changelog. In a recent development, a striking screen personalization feature has been discovered under One UI 7 Galaxy Labs called Display Assistant Beta.

Leaker IceUniverse spotted the Display Assistant Beta app within Galaxy Labs in One UI 7. This new application is capable of offering screen personalization options like never before.

Display Assistant Beta integrates some features available in Good Guardians. It is available on Galaxy Store under Galaxy Labs, hence, it doesn’t belong to the Good Lock suite.

Samsung One UI 7’s new Display Assistant Beta lets Galaxy users customize various aspects of screen brightness and display settings for different apps.

The app’s features include setting brightness duration, adjusting brightness at high temperatures, changing the speed of screen brightness adjustments, and enabling a curtain mode.

In addition, Galaxy users get features like Curtain Mode – useful for reducing eye strain. It also allows you to lock an app to a 60Hz refresh rate to save battery and optimize performance.

Last but not least, there’s also a one-click screen-on feature that automatically turns on the screen for 30 minutes, which could be handy for viewing content without manual intervention.

The app is available for Galaxies running One UI 7 Beta. As far as the listing is concerned, Display Assistant Beta is a new tool introduced by Samsung in the Galaxy Labs program.

One UI 7 Beta is currently accessible on the S24 series in select countries. Samsung is slated to roll out the Stable One UI 7 update for eligible Galaxy devices in the first quarter of next year.
