Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim with exceptional camera, and elite performance on the horizon. The company will announce the Galaxy S25 series next month. Samsung is also preparing to launch a thinner Galaxy S25 Slim later on.

While we await official evidence, new details about the device surfaced online. Tipster Gadgetsdata shared details on key specs of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Slim.

According to the info, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Slim carries model number SM-S937x/DS. It could feature a 6.6-inch display like the Galaxy S25 Plus.

The device is said to feature a 200MP ISOCELL HP5 sensor as the primary camera. The other two sensors will be of 50MP resolution for Telephoto and Ultrawide shots.

Interestingly, the Galaxy S25 Slim could support 3.5x optical zoom. It will be better than the 3x optical camera of the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and even the S25 Ultra.

Samsung is rumored to be bringing a new 50MP ultrawide camera to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The latest rumor indicates that the powerful ultrawide shooter will also be featured in S25 Slim.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite could power the Galaxy S25 Slim model. Samsung is expected to use the Snapdragon chipset in all Galaxy S25 models, scheduled to be released early next year.

The battery may have a rated capacity of 4700mAh to 5000mAh. There are no exact data available, but the least mark – 4700mAh suggests Slim design won’t compromise the battery.

Samsung could launch the Galaxy S25 Slim in the second quarter of 2025. The S25 series could be unveiled in late January, while March is a tentative timeline for new premium A series phones.
