Samsung Galaxy S25 to feature new AI Notification System

Samsung is set to introduce a new AI Notification System called in the Galaxy S25 series. The Galaxy AI-powered Notification System will display real-time, relevant activities through the newly debuted Now Bar feature.

Recently, Samsung launched the One UI 7 Beta for the Galaxy S24 series which also includes Now Bar. The new One UI version is portrayed by the next-gen Galaxy AI and robust security solutions.

One of the most noteworthy features is the Now Bar which displays real-time user activities such as schedules, music listening, translation, and health data directly on the lock screen.

Samsung disclosed its intention to offer a more personalized AI Notification experience to users through the Now Bar feature in the Galaxy S25 series. For instance, when a user is traveling abroad, the Now Bar will display important info such as:

  • Flight times
  • Traffic conditions at the airport
  • Current weather at the travel destination
  • Exchange rates
  • Personalized recommendations

This means that smartphones won’t just send notifications, but will also help users lead a more productive daily life. Samsung also plans to enhance personalization by analyzing user preferences and usage patterns within the device.

Samsung One UI 7 Now Bar Personal Data Engine

To strengthen the security of this analyzed user data, Samsung has developed the “Personal Data Engine.” It securely stores user information through the “Knox Vault”, which is used to protect biometric data and other sensitive info on Galaxy phones.

Samsung Knox Vault encrypts sensitive data, such as biometric data and digital certificates. This ensures that the user’s personal info is encrypted within the smartphone and that data exchange between apps is securely protected.
