Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra leaks promise a stunning flagship in 2025. The new smartphone lineup will launch in the first quarter of the next year. It will introduce a cutting-edge processor, a modern display, a powerful camera, and an elegant design.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra design makes it the most elegant flagship in Samsung’s history. The device will feature a sophisticated design with a durable Titanium frame, rounded edges, minimal bezels, and an elegantly integrated camera module.

The smartphone is expected to be available in four stunning hues: Titanium Blue (signature color), Titanium Whitesilver, Titanium Black, and Titanium Gray.

Display Leaks:

• 6.9-inch (6.86-inch) Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2x with WQHD+ resolution, 120Hz variable refresh rate, 2600nits+ brightness

Leaks suggest that the S25 Ultra’s display will be slightly larger than the S24 Ultra. The 6.86-inch display panel will be surrounded by minimal symmetrical bezels.

The OLED is said to be using an M13+ material set. The peak brightness may not increase over the S24 Ultra but you may see even more vibrant colors, with the grainy display issue expected to be eliminated.

Camera Leaks:

• Rear – 200MP, 50MP, 10MP, 50MP and 12MP Front

The quad camera will be featured on the S25 Ultra coming next year. The primary sensor will have a 200-megapixel resolution with intelligent pixel binning tech and OIS.

The zoom cameras would include a 50-megapixel periscope and a 10-megapixel telephoto. The former will offer 5x optical zoom and the latter will support 3x optical zoom shots.

The front camera remains the same as the S24 Ultra – 12-megapixel sensor. Landscape photography will improve significantly thanks to the inclusion of a new 50-megapixel ultrawide lens.

Performance Leaks (SoC and OS):

• Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy with up to 16Gb RAM
• One UI 7.1 powered by Android 15

Snapdragon 8 Elite (3NP TSMC) will power the Galaxy S25 Ultra internationally. The chip features Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU, clocked at up to 4.47GHz frequency.

The chip also gets enhanced GPU and NPU to rival Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro models. RAM is also getting upgraded to 16Gb (on 512Gb, 1Tb models) to offer even more faster operations.

Battery and Charging Leaks:

Genuine leaks suggest that the battery capacity and charging speed aspects of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will remain the same as the past three generations – S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra, and S24 Ultra.

As the Snapdragon 8 Elite is manufactured using a 3nm process, you may notice improved power efficiency as the smaller chip IC ensures less power to be consumed in operations.

Release Date Leaks:

• January 22, 2025, in San Francisco, USA

Samsung may launch the Galaxy S25 Ultra on January 22, 2025. Korea’s FNNews and leaker MaxJambor claimed that the Galaxy Unpacked may be held on the suggested date in the US.

The company may start teasing the Galaxy Unpacked in early January next year. Pre-reservations may also start with the first teaser, with pre-orders starting on the same day as Galaxy Unpacked.
