Samsung’s One UI 7 Beta lacks support for certain apps
Samsung has recently started its One UI 7 Beta Program for the Galaxy S24 smartphones, allowing users to test new features before the official release. While many of Samsung’s own apps have been updated to support One UI 7, some apps are still not compatible, even after the beta release.
A Samsung community moderator has confirmed that certain apps are currently not compatible with Android 15 and One UI 7. These apps include Zoom, payment apps, Google Messages, and Good Lock’s Theme Park. Users may notice some issues when using these apps during the beta phase.
However, Samsung has confirmed that the apps will soon get the One UI 7 support with the stable release. It means that users will able to use the apps properly with the official One UI 7 update.
The community moderator has also apologized to users for the issues they are experiencing during the beta test. The company assures users that these compatibility issues are temporary and will be resolved in the final version of One UI 7.
One UI 7 Beta program allows users to try out new features and improvements before they are available to everyone. However, users should understand that some apps may not work properly during this time. Samsung is still working on fixing these issues, and the final release should provide a smoother experience for everyone.
For now, Samsung encourages users to share their feedback about the beta program, especially if they notice any issues. This helps the company make the necessary improvements before the official rollout of One UI 7.
