Samsung users reported having Android Auto compatibility issues in One UI 7 Beta. The automotive platform keeps disconnected, ruining the experience. Samsung acknowledged the issue and shared some steps for consumers to follow.
Some One UI 7 participants reported compatibility issues with Android Auto. The system randomly disconnects and reconnects during navigation. After reconnecting, the interface defaults to the car’s home screen, requiring users to manually relaunch.

In addition, the moderator urged affected users to submit an error report via the Samsung Members app. User feedback is important during the Beta testing of the upcoming software, here’s how to submit an error report:
- Open Samsung Members: Launch the app on your phone.
- Access Beta Feedback: Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
- Attach Relevant Information: Include screenshots or recordings of the issue, if possible.
- Send System Logs: Ensure the option to “Send system log data” is checked.
- Timely Submission: Submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
Meanwhile, we suggest you keep the Android Auto application updated. You can try clearing the app cache and restarting the device to see if it addresses the issue. Don’t forget to help other users by sharing a workaround if you discover.
