T-Mobile rolling out December 2024 security update for Galaxy S24 Non-One UI 7 beta users in US
If you are a Samsung Galaxy S24 owner in the US using T-Mobile and haven’t joined the One UI 7 beta program, there’s good news for you. T-Mobile has begun rolling out the December 2024 security patch for your device, based on One UI 6.1.
This update is crucial for keeping your phone secure. It fixes the latest vulnerabilities without joining the beta testing program. Specifically, this update improves the security of your Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra, ensuring that your device remains protected against newly discovered security issues.
The update doesn’t bring the new features of One UI 7 but focuses solely on security enhancements. About the software update, it brings the software version AXKD and a size of more than 500MB. Samsung has already released a similar update in Korea earlier today.
