Samsung is working on improving the quality and functioning of its Galaxy repair. The company is expanding its service capabilities internationally. The key aim is to enhance global service capabilities from repairs to customer consultations.

According to the info, Samsung Service has been operating the “Domestic Service Experts Overseas Dispatch”. Last month, a “Galaxy Service Expert Instructor” was dispatched to Samsung’s 8 service centers in India to share his expertise.

Since the beginning of the year, overseas corporations from 13 countries have visited the CS Academy in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, and Daejeon to learn service know-how.

Samsung revealed that the instructor was particularly focused on transferring the know-how on the single-piece repair that is active in Korea to the Mobile Screen Repair Center.

In addition, it also disseminated core service technologies such as precise diagnosis of Galaxy usage history analysis and foldable phone repair know-how.

The Korean tech giant is scheduled to send “home appliance and TV service specialist instructors” to the Philippines to transfer the service tactics of AI home appliances.

Representative examples include ‘AI-based precision diagnosis of home appliances’ using the integrated connection platform SmartThings, and how to use ‘TV service mode’.
