[Breaking] Samsung Good Lock Game module coming in One UI 7
Samsung is working on a Game module in Good Lock for One UI 7. The company confirmed that the module is under development, which promises to unlock complex game settings. It’s big news for those who love gaming on their Galaxy smartphone.
Good Lock is available on select Samsung devices. The company powers its flagship phones with the most advanced chipsets and optimized OS. The induction of a dedicated Game module through Good Lock will be a big One UI 7 upgrade.
Samsung moderator confirmed that the team is reviewing a structure filling more complex game settings. It will be even more complex than the Game Booster and Game Booster Plus plugins. The company is willing to bring it as a Good Lock module.
Game Booster plugin already offers key features and settings for games. However, pro gamers often require additional settings that are not available in handy. The Good Lock module is expected to address their concern, letting them create their structure.

Apart from this, the Game Booster plugin structure/layout will also be reworked. The company listened to the consumer feedback, resulting in modifications in Game Booster. The functionality will then offer mostly used functions with better accessibility.
Samsung’s recent flagships are equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (Exynos in S24/S24+). The devices support ray tracing technology that levels up gaming visuals. The addition of an easier game settings dashboard will benefit Galaxy gamers.
One UI 7 will be based on the Android 15 operating system. The software will go official on October 3rd, while rollout to the public may begin in late October. Meanwhile, the One UI 7’s Beta Program will likely start this month.
