We are in mid-October 2024 and Samsung has pushed a new update for Galaxy A35 5G smartphone users. The update installs the Android security patch released in September 2024 to improve system security and stability.

The company is dispatching the latest software update with system security improvements to keep your files and data safe on your phone. It also optimizes system stability to offer you uninterrupted and seamless functionality on your device.

Users of the Samsung Galaxy A35 smartphone can verify the new update released in October 2024 through the One UI build version A356BXXS3AXI3. The update is currently rolling out in Europe and the company will soon make it available in more countries.

Notably, the September 2024 security patch addresses 1 critical and 43 high levels of CVEs for the Android operating system. Also, Samsung offers 23 SVE items related to My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, Dex, and more. Beyond security enhancements, the update delivers performance improvements and stability-boosting fixes.

Users of the Samsung Galaxy A35 smartphone can easily check and install the update via a few easy steps. Navigate to Settings >> Open the Software Update section from the menu >> Click on the Download and Install option to initiate the update process. If the update is available, proceed to install it.

Even if you’ve missed the 60-day timeline, you can still insure your Galaxy with Samusng Care Plus. It’s a paid subscription offered by Samsung that saves you big in case of out-of-warranty repairs due to accidental damages.

Think your phone is under warranty but got damaged by water insertion. If you have a Care Plus subscription, you will only need to pay a minimal claim fee. Other charges will be considered by Samsung for providing authorized repair.

Samsung Care Plus subscription is good for devices like the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6. It isn’t exclusive to flagship models, you can even ensure budget phones such as the Galaxy A25 and Galaxy A15.

Opting for eligible models would also allow you to get Theft and Loss for 20% off the normal rate. AndroidAuthority reports the flagships count as “tier 4” devices under how Samsung prices its plan, and 24 months of coverage will normally run you $349.

The A-series phones are only “tier 1,” though, with the same coverage going for $129 before this discount. Your device will have to pass Samsung’s Device Quality Certification during sign up to be eligible for extended Care Plus enrollment.
