Samsung is enhancing the user experience for Galaxy device owners with the April 2024 update to its One UI Software Update app. This update significantly improves the performance and security of Samsung devices.

Identified via version 4.2.39, the update is available with a package size of 9.32MB. This application is used to update the firmware of Galaxy devices to the latest available version.

The latest update of the Software Update app mainly focuses on providing general optimizations for more stable and efficient functions of Galaxy devices. It also fixes some issues that users encountered in the previous version. However, it does not contain any new features or changes.

The April 2024 version of the Samsung Software Update app will be rolled out gradually to all eligible devices. It will automatically install after a system update, eliminating the need for manual installtion. However, users who want to install it now can check the third-party sources link mentioned here.

The fresh beta update brings the redesigned “Updates” tab. WhatsApp now lets users create status updates and channel posts from the same place. There are new shortcuts that make it faster to upload photos and videos directly from your gallery as a status update.

In addition, you can create text-based status updates or record and share voice updates with just a few taps. The update also improves the floating action button, which now lets users do more with one click.

WhatsApp is continuously enhancing its user experience by adding new features and enhancements. Now, a fresh WhatsApp beta update introduces a new in-app call dialer that is currently available to some beta testers. This beta update arrives with version 2.24.26.11 on the Google Play Beta Program.

The fresh update moves the call dialer from the floating action button within the calls tab to a more accessible location in the menu. Users can now find the “Call a number” option in the menu, which allows them to dial phone numbers directly without having to save them in their address book.

The new call dialer of WhatsApp not only simplifies the process but also cleans up the calls tab, making it less cluttered. Previously, WhatsApp introduced a floating action button for the call dialer.
