WhatsApp rolling out Chat Filters to offer enhanced control over conversations
WhatsApp has been working on a feature that will offer enhanced control over your conversations and now after long development, the Chat Filters has started to roll out for beta testers. This new addition will allow users to filter the chat list to display only chats of a certain type.
As per the details, WhatsApp now presents a new row containing three chat filters at the top of their conversation list including All, Unread, and Groups, tapping on one will give you an insight into the chats and contacts that are related to the category.
This feature is like a quick tool that helps users in searching for specific chats. It allows users to categorize their conversations based on those filters, making it easier for users to locate and access the chats they need quickly, without scrolling through a long list of conversations.

In addition, this new feature also provides users with a more efficient way to manage their communications. Accordingly, the new chat filters feature, which lets users separate their conversations is rolling out with version 2.24.6.16 and is currently live for some beta testers. However, it will start reaching more users in the coming weeks.
