Verizon US releases February 2024 update for Galaxy Note 20 series

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphones are getting a new update with February 2024 security patch on the Verizon network in the US. This update is already live in Europe and for unlocked models in the US.

The fresh security patch fixes several issues including 3 critical, and 76 high levels of CVEs for the Android operating system. The update makes your Galaxy smartphone more secure, stable, and reliable.

February 2024 security update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra can be identified through One UI builds N981USQS6HXA1 and N986USQS6HXA1 respectively.

To check the update, you just need to navigate to the device’s Settings, then a Software update, and Download and install. If you have received the update, install it now to get enhanced features.

Before you download, make sure to connect your device to a Wi-Fi network, or make sure it has a strong Verizon wireless network connection. In addition, ensure your battery is fully charged before starting the software update.
