Galaxy fans and tech enthusiasts are eagerly waiting for the launch of the next affordable models, the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35, as both Samsung devices are expected to come with upgraded software and hardware capabilities, and will also be easier to repair.

According to the information, Samsung has recently published official repair scores for Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35. However, the shared score sheet hints that both these smartphones have achieved slightly higher repairability scores than their predecessors.

Like the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy, A35 scored 8.5 and 8.4 points out of 10, whereas, the 2023 models – Galaxy A54 and A34 scored 8.4 and 8.3 points. However, these high repair scores will boost the durability of smartphones and let users operate them for a long time.

Furthermore, the  South Korean tech giant also shares that the Galaxy A55 scores better in three areas such as:

  • The necessary tools to disassemble the device
  • The way the parts are attached
  • Some parts will remain available longer (in accordance with recent European regulations )

Whereas, the Galaxy A35 also does better than its predecessor on these points including:

  • The way the parts are attached
  • Some parts will remain available longer
  • Spare parts are priced more favorably compared to replacing the entire device
