Samsung tops Digital Consumer eXperience Index evaluation

Samsung today announced that it has topped the “Digital Consumer eXperience Index (DCXI)” evaluation for its digital transformation capabilities. The agency measured digital channel purchasing experience on various levels including:

  • Information quality (completeness, accuracy, etc.)
  • System quality (reliability, ease of use, etc.)
  • Personalization factors (empathy and privacy) at the pre-purchase (Pre), during purchase (At), and post-purchase (Post) stages

Samsung was rated the highest among all surveyed brands and ranked first in the home appliance category. The company got good reviews for pre-purchase stage along with post-purchase stage in the areas of delivery, installation, usage information training, customer support, and maintenance.
